White House Blames Biden for Illegal Immigrant Terrorist Attack in Boulder

The Biden administration is to blame for Sunday’s terrorist attack in Boulder, Colorado, because the former president granted a visa to the illegal immigrant who threw the Molotov cocktail, according to the White House.

“The Biden Admin granted the alien a visa and then, when he illegally overstayed, they gave him a work permit,” said Stephen Miller, White House deputy chief of staff.

“Immigration security is national security,” Miller said on X. “No more hostile migration. Keep them out and send them back.”

The FBI is investigating the Boulder attack as an “act of terrorism” after a suspect threw at least one incendiary device at a crowd of people who were gathering in solidarity with the Israeli hostages held by Hamas in Gaza.

Boulder police say eight people were burned.

Police apprehended the suspect, Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45, after the attack. An FBI spokesman confirmed eyewitness reports that Soliman used a makeshift flamethrower and threw an “incendiary device” into a crowd. He also said the suspect yelled, “Free Palestine,” during the assault.

“We are aware of and fully investigating a targeted terror attack in Boulder, Colorado,” FBI Director Kash Patel posted on X. “Our agents and local law enforcement are on the scene already, and we will share updates as more information becomes available.”

Boulder Police Chief Steve Redfearn confirmed that an assailant appeared to set people on fire at around 1:26 p.m. Mountain Time. He declined to identify it as a terror attack, however.

Attorney General Pam Bondi said the incident seems like a “horrific anti-Semitic attack.”

“My heart and my prayers are with the Jewish community,” Bondi said on X. “We will not tolerate this hatred and we will put the perpetrator of this violence behind bars.”

Fox News’ Bill Melugin said three sources at the Department of Homeland Security told him Soliman is an Egyptian national in the U.S. illegally.

Soliman arrived at Los Angeles International Airport on Aug. 27, 2022, on a B1/B2 nonimmigrant visa with an authorized stay through Feb. 26, 2023, but he overstayed, Melugin said the sources told him. Also, according to Melugin’s sources, the office of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services under President Joe Biden gave Soliman a work authorization that expired on March 28, 2025.
